Export/Import correct extrusion direction

As stated there, in our workflows, if the extrusion direction is not exported properly, the dimensions strings we place on a linked IFC are broken upon a reload of the IFC file--among other problems.

Start by reading the linked SourceForge discussion and tracing the IFC export/import entry points for extrusion direction. Reproduce the reported workflow by reloading a linked IFC and checking whether dimension strings remain correct. Done means extrusion direction is exported correctly and the reported reload problems are resolved.
