Description
Something is wrong with the export of the base quantities.
Double parameter names and incorrect units.
In the IFC file there are 6 walls with different geometry.
All 6 walls have the same value on the first NetSideArea in the list (display's length x height, which if even incorrect)
Definitions by Buildingsmart:
The second NetSideArea displays the correct NetSideArea.
Didn't check this issue for other IFC entities.
Used the 20.1.0.1 release.
