Space boundary not generated

I have an issue with one particular space. In fact, it is a space and its bounding Curtain Wall. The Curtain Wall runs through all levels of the building and has Room Bounding selected. All other spaces bounded by this Curtain Wall get a RelSpaceBoundary generated for this Curtain Wall only this one space in ground floor not. Consequently, I have a big gap in space boundaries for this space. Are there any special settings I can do to get this RelSpaceBoundary generated?

Unfortunately, I am not allowed to share the models.

The report names no repository file, test, or entry point and says the affected Revit model cannot be shared. Start by determining whether a reproducible model can be obtained and by tracing the IFC export path that generates RelSpaceBoundary entries; done means the ground-floor space receives the expected boundary for the curtain wall without breaking other spaces.
