Will "LDAP Groups Sync For Jira" plugin work for JIRA instances that has limited user licenses

Hi Team,

We are running 7.3.7 version of JIRA with license for 10000 users. I have few queries on usage of "LDAP Groups Sync For Jira" . I apologize if I am missing something

1. The users in our AD groups are more than 10000, (more than our JIRA user licences). Will the add sync all users in AD groups or only users from AD groups who have accounts in JIRA.
2. Secondly, Will the add-on store any data from our end on the vendor side? Kindly clarify. Thanks
