When using SelectableTable only with single-selection would like to be able to hide/remove the header select-all checkbox.

There are cases when I need the functionality of SelectableTable but need to allow only for single-selection. While I can restrict it to single selection by passing the appropriate select callbacks I cannot hide/remove the header select-all checkbox. It would be nice if I could have an option setting the Table as single-selectable or multi-selectable.
