Keywords and usage rights information

The information about usage rights and Keywords do not show up on the "Upload New" page when filling in the information, but they do show when the design gets published on the design page.

Reproduce the issue by entering Keywords and usage rights information on the "Upload New" page, then compare it with the published design page where the information appears. Trace how these fields are rendered in the upload form and confirm that the entered values are visible before publication. Done means both fields appear while filling out the form without changing their published display.
