Description

**Describe the bug**
Please, it'd be so much artist friendly way of using Arnold instead of an obj legacy port design. I've been waiting for this for a long time. It makes using light filters way easier.

A dev tip from when I was implementing/exposing them for MoonRay, there's a kmalighfilter template which you can use to expose them over there. Redesigns like this all across the whole HtoA would make life so much better.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in Houdini 22 with HtoA 6.5.3.2 and inspect the Solaris lightfilter subnetwork where Arnold Light filters cannot be found. Review the referenced kmalighfilter template as context for the requested exposure, then define the affected HtoA areas and a reproducible check for discoverable light filters before estimating the redesign.
