Houdini 22 HtoA 6.5.3.1 - help description text on hover throwing NaaNs

**Describe the bug**
When you hover over inputs some of them give you NaaNs/error which should otherwise show you text, sending screenshots. I believe that this wasn't the case on older Hou versions. It works in some cases e.g. the newly added controls on the ROP, doesn't work on render geo settings as an example.

Reproduce the hover behavior in Houdini 22 with HtoA 6.5.3.1, comparing controls that show help text with render-geometry settings that display NaNs or errors. Trace the relevant help-description path and verify that affected inputs show their text consistently when the fix is complete.
