Description

**Describe the bug**
If you disable normalize for a cylinder light in Solaris, it renders as expected in the Solaris viewport.
But if you export to usd and kick it, it renders as if normalize is on.
If you resave that usd as ass, normalize is missing from the cylinder_light node.

Research direction

Start with simple_light_scene.zip and reproduce the cylinder light in the Solaris viewport, then export the scene to USD and render it with kick. Resave the USD as ASS and inspect the cylinder_light node; done means normalize remains disabled and the kicked render matches the Solaris viewport.
