Improvements to version number

**Describe the enhancement or feature you'd like**
There is no indicator given on how old/recent the actual release is.

I would like to see the release date displayed, e.g. `Version 11.1.0.20 (2026-06-27)`

Link to the GitHub Release page, e.g. [`Version 11.0.0.54`](https://github.com/AutoDarkMode/Windows-Auto-Night-Mode/releases/tag/11.0.0.54)

I think the version tag should also have a hint if it's a STABLE or BETA release/version
- `Version 11.1.0.20 Beta`
- `Version 11.0.0.54 Stable`

Review the linked closed pull requests #1237 and #1239 first to see what work has already been attempted. Then locate the desktop UI that displays the version number and verify that the release date and Stable/Beta indication are shown together with the version.
