When switching to second monitor, wallpaper gets lost (just black)

### Description

Since I selected the option to change the wallpaper in dark mode, I have the issue that the wallpaper gets lost as soon as I switch to my 2nd monitor (smart tv). I have a dedicated graphics card.

### Expected Behavior

The wallpaper should just stay the same.
