Description

**Describe the enhancement or feature you'd like**
Personalization settings/themes can be linked and saved together as a profile/preset. This feature is useful for users who want to backup/move/restore their ADM personalizations or/and users who want to cycle through different theme pairs.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
If "Let Windows manage my theme" is selected, the light/dark theme can be each be changed manually assuming different set of user themes have been created in advance. However, this method still requires you to change the ignore settings yourself. It's even worse if you are using ADM to manage your themes where your colour, background, and pointer are three separate settings you have to change yourself.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points, so first map how personalization settings and themes are currently stored and changed in the Windows desktop app. Done should allow users to save and link color, background, pointer, theme, and ignore settings as a profile or preset for backup, restore, moving, and cycling between theme pairs.
