Light mode to Dark mode never changes properly

### Description

Every evening when light mode is about to switch to the dark mode it never changes as previous version. The bar stays always light on the left monitor, wtf. Check screenshot https://imgur.com/a/v0Y6fq3

When i click system tray and press "Try repair theme" then it works.
