Description

### Describe the issue

1. I have several Amazon account logins listed in Authenticator and share this with team members
2. When we get a new client, we add to Authenticator, create a backup and send out to everyone to update Authenticator with latest file.
3. Problem - all accounts are now duplicated versus over-writing what is previously there. So now we have multiple OTP cards listed for every client. We have to go in and manually delete the duplicated listings. We've now done 4 backups and have 4 duplicates of each account in the app.
4. Since each person can go in and make changes and organize their authenticator app how they want, is there a way when importing a backup it can detect duplicates and not add them, but leave everything else alone?
