ACR or VPAT with WCAG Standard Used and Conformance Level?

We are undergoing an accessibility audit of all our information communication technology solutions for a US city government. This audit is to ensure our compliance with the updated Americans with Disabilities Act Title II Rule on Web Content and Mobile App Accessibility regulations in advance of the April 2027 enforcement date.

Do you have an Accessibility Conformance Report (https://www.section508.gov/sell/acr/) or VPAT with WCAG standard and compliance level listed for the Authenticator.cc Chrome extension? We need to document Section 508 conformance for all our ICT in use.
