Unable to reset Authenticator

### Describe the issue

Good morning,

I'm trying to reset Authenticator using Edge "Extension Options" for various users.

I know this should be stored in:
C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\Local Extension Settings\ocglkepbibnalbgmbachknglpdipeoio
and should be stored in LevelDB (disk storage) locally and in IndexedDB in sync (user browser).

Is there a way to reset it or find out if a user has already set up an OTP on their Authenticator extension ?
