### Describe the issue
I have been using the app for a while without any problems, but recently, I have encountered an error message that says "Your file couldn’t be accessed," and the app has stopped working.
I have tried some basic troubleshooting steps such as checking my internet connection, closing and reopening the browser, but the issue persists.
The error message appears as soon as I open the app and it prevents me from accessing my two-factor authentication codes.
