Research direction
Start by reviewing the linked NBIC workflow and the nbic_climatechange_processing and nbic_qa_notebooks folders, especially the src folder and TQM QA notebooks. Clarify whether the target is hourly data, daily data, or both, then define validation against the existing QA material. Done means the triple quantile adjustment method is implemented and its results are verified for the agreed resolution.
