Description
It might be useful for Climate Innovation Hub work to include a `time_aggregation.py` script in this repo for quickly aggregating monthly data to a custom seasons or annual timescale.
It could use xCDAT if the following issue is addressed: https://github.com/xCDAT/xcdat/issues/416#issuecomment-1442662538
