Move data to stand alone NCI project

The bias corrected data will eventually be moved to a stand alone project on NCI (`kj66`).

To be consistent with other projects (e.g. NARCLIM are doing their own bias correction of their 4km data) the DRS should look like the following:

The AGCD label should also have version information (e.g. `AGCDv1`).

Start by locating the release metadata or configuration that defines the current DRS and AGCD labels; the issue names no file or test. Compare the existing layout with the target path under /g/data/kj66 and confirm that the completed release uses an AGCDv1 label. Done means the data is represented in the standalone NCI project with the specified DRS.
