VST3 documentation notes on SDK licensing are outdated

This one is really minor:

The VST3 SDK is now available under the MIT license with much less onerous terms than before. The biggest hurdle is using the trademark in VST compatible products. and complying with the trademark license. A separate SDK license is no longer required or even obtainable at this point. It would be nice if the documentation would reflect this.

Find the documentation section covering VST3 SDK licensing and compare its notes with the current VST3 SDK terms. Update the outdated licensing guidance to reflect the MIT license, trademark use, and the absence of a separate SDK license, then review the rendered documentation for accuracy.
