Auto-pick only remaining option in draft

Similar to #2163, there are times during a draft that there is only one remaining valid option. If we allowed configuring the draft to automatically pick this option when it came along, drafting times may reduce. I believe this is a low priority, but may eventually be a nice-to-have- care should be taken to allow the player who last made a "real" decision to roll back to that choice.

This may eventually be extended to allow users to select to "take the next position", to take the next closest position to the Speaker.
