The game files seem to say "restores 1-3% health"

The game says "restores 1% health"

1. Go to Frosted Mire
2. See "will restore 1-3% health"
3. Go to https://nomanssky.fandom.com/wiki/Frosted_Mire#Gallery
4. Click on gallery pic
5. See "will restore 1% health"
6. -> mismtach

### 👍 Expected behavior

It should match the game
