🐛 Bug Report: Inconsistent Upgrade Items

### 📜 Describe the bug

For some tech, you have the actual installed upgrades with their stats: Analysis Visor, Movement System.
For other tech, you only have the module, without any stats: Neutron Cannon (I think this exclusively affects the Neutron Cannon)

### 👟 To Reproduce

1. Search for "Neutron Cannon"
2. See that the upgrades are all named "[...] Module"
3. Click on an upgrade module
4. See no stats
5. Search for "Analysis Visor"
6. See that all upgrades are named exactly as the tech
7. Click on an upgrade
8. See stats

### 👍 Expected behavior

Either list all upgrades or all modules. Alternatively list both.
If you search for "Module", you only find the Neutron Cannon, so I think this only affects that specific tech. But for the future, there should be a set standard for how to deal with those.
