Media keeps playing (audio) when it force hibernates/shuts down on low power

Had stuff playing in the background and it gave the aggressive warning that it would shut down soon as it was at like 5% battery. Well, it shut down, except could still hear the audio of the video that was playing for a couple minutes afterward.

No files, tests, or entry points are mentioned. Reproduce the low-battery shutdown while background media is playing, then investigate why audio continues after shutdown; done means the audio stops when the system shuts down.
