**Description**
Create a complete, professional landing page for the UIComponents library. This should be a full landing page that showcases the project and attracts developers to use and contribute.

**Requirements**
Must include these sections (in order):

1. Navigation Header


- Logo/project name "UIComponents"
- Navigation links (Home, Components, GitHub)
- Mobile responsive hamburger menu

2. Hero Section

- Catchy headline about the UI library
- Brief description of what the project offers
- Two CTA buttons: "View Components" and "Get Started"
- Modern design with animations

3.Features Section

- Highlight key benefits (TypeScript, Responsive, Copy-paste ready, etc.)
- Use icons for each feature
- 3-4 key features maximum

4.Components Preview(just add this section without functionality we will handle this in other issue)

- Show existing components with live previews
- Simple grid layout (responsive)
- Since we only have 2-3 components, show what we have
- "More components coming soon" message

5.Getting Started Section
- Basic installation instructions
- One simple code example
- Copy-to-clipboard button for code

Note :- just focus on UI we will handle the functionality in other issues , if you can add functionality thats greate but minimum is just create modern and clean UI
