Description
> The Incidence Manager must allow incidents to have an expiration time
As we discussed previously, the expiration time for incidents hasn't been implemented (and will not be). It is not really a functional requirement, so i'm not sure if it should be marked as deleted, or removed directly.
The corresponding row from Attributes vs Stakeholders table has to be removed.
The associated quality scenario (23) doesn't relate at all to the actual quality attribute:
"_Each succesfully submited incident must be sent to apache kafka so the module dashboard will receive them_". At first glance, there doesn't seem to be a correct scenario that affects AT023. The actual quality attribute that is affected by this scenario has to be found.

Research direction
Locate the Attributes vs Stakeholders table and quality scenario 23 in the project documentation. Compare the scenario with the documented quality attributes to identify its correct association, then remove the AT023 row and resolve the misplaced scenario; the documentation should no longer claim incident expiration as a requirement.
