Description

This text exists in the MakerTracker onboarding screen:

"Are you currently in quarantine because you or your cohabitants are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19? For maximum safety, we are asking only healthy makers to make parts right now."

This asset should exist not only at the front of the screen but whenever a delivery is made, to ensure PPE suppliers self-report before each dropoff that they remain safe.

Also, it makes sense for this information to be time-locked. Once someone shows they might be sick, it makes sense to have a function that records when people were quarantined and keeps them from disseminating PPE for at least two weeks afterward.

After then, we could make the system ask the question, on the website, if they want to continue to make PPE afterward:

"We noticed that you said you are currently in self-quarantine at least two weeks ago. Are you currently healthy enough to make PPE?"
