Write an initialize.sh script to help deal with initialising the setup for the user.

I want getting started to be extremely easy. Right now, as [Setting up the Django project](https://github.com/ArgusOSS/urNode#setting-up-the-django-project) section states, you have to set up your project in a very certain way to get done with it. I want all of this to be automated.

Start with the “Setting up the Django project” section in the README and document each manual setup step it currently requires. Use those steps to define initialize.sh’s scope; done means a new user can run the script and complete the initial project setup without following the manual procedure.
