py2swagger command not found

Hello. i'm trying to use py2swagger but dont understand how. i've innstalled it using pip3 install py2swagger , what do i do next? i tried to write 'py2swagger' in console -> command not found. I tried to clone repo and run 'python3 setup.py test' and it failed with error 'Test failed: '

How do i actually use it and how do i understand i use it right? i tried to google, but found no documentation.
