Paramter-list: Scrollbar-issue observed on OSX

Observed on a colleagues OSX desktop:
- whenever the window is on a smaller display (and the test in description column warps), the vertical scrollbar does not allow extra movement to provide sufficient view of the parameter/description.

Same situation on linux works fine, vertical scrollbar extends and allows further scrolling.

this can be reproduced by simply reducing the width of the main window.


Reproduce the issue in the Qt application by reducing the main window width on OSX until the parameter description wraps, then inspect the parameter-list view and compare its scrolling with Linux. Done means the vertical scrollbar allows the full parameter and description content to be viewed on a narrow display.
