Please add parameter description tooltip

Parameter descriptions are very useful. Many of the most useful ones, are impossible to read without enlarging the description field a lot and scrolling back and forth.

Please add a tooltip that displays the description when mouse is over description.

Locate the Qt UI that displays parameter descriptions and inspect how the description field is rendered. Add the requested mouse-over tooltip behavior, then verify that long parameter descriptions are readable without enlarging the field or scrolling back and forth.
