Description
When opplication connects to a ArduPlane, it displays a certain set of options in Initial setup & Config/tuning
If user then connects to ArduCopter - the same plane-configuration views remain. (this could maybe cause serious chaos if written.)

Reproduce the issue by connecting to an ArduPlane, opening Initial setup and Config/tuning, then switching to an ArduCopter. Trace how those configuration views respond to the vehicle change; done means they match the currently connected vehicle and no stale plane-configuration views remain.
