Feature request: "insert" mission item - or "move to"

Imagine a 70 item mission plan.
you forgot to add a camera control as #3 - now you need a text editor, or lots of clicking.

I suggest a new icon beside "move up, move down, delete" - "insert" - also, "move to" (and enter a position) would be very useful.

Start by locating the mission-plan UI that provides the existing move-up, move-down, and delete controls; no file or test is named in the issue. Determine how mission items are reordered, then verify that users can insert an item at a chosen position and move an existing item to an entered position.
