Feature request; Map scale - and known WP circle size.

Maps are missing a scale, - there should be a line that indicates some example distances at current zoom factor.
Also, the yellow circle around a waypoint, seems to be 10m , but it would be nice to know it's size, and if it depends on a paramter, or is a fixed size.

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the map view implementation and tracing how waypoint circles are rendered and sized. Done means the map shows a distance scale at the current zoom and the waypoint circle's size and parameter behavior are clear and verified.
