No Audio Output

I see the "say" commands in the debug console, but I have no audio output. Is there something I'm missing? Dependency?

-Reading through code, there is a note that this will only work if compiled with MSVC compiler. Maybe this is the issue. Maybe QtSpeech lib would be an other option than native speech engines?

Start in the debug-console path that emits the "say" commands and read the speech code note about MSVC compilation. Reproduce on Windows 7/64 with APM Planner 2.0.0 RC3, then determine whether the native speech engine requires a dependency or MSVC build; done means audio output works or the requirement and QtSpeech alternative are documented.
