Link Subpages to Main Page for Improved Navigation in WebTools

Currently, none of the subpages in the WebTools interface are linked back to the main page of the Webtools in doing so we are getting redirected to the main page of this Organization not the WebTools page. This requires users to repeatedly use the browser’s back button to return to the main page, which can be inconvenient and disrupts the navigation experience.

Enhancement to be done :
Add a consistent navigation link or button on all subpages that allows users to return to the main page easily.
Consider implementing a header or footer with a "WebTools" button for seamless navigation.
This change will significantly improve usability and provide a better user experience.
