Consider dropping mobile support

I don't think it is worth it.
I'm seriously considering changing the layout to have a topbar with menus like a regular desktop application, and that can't coexist with the sidebar on a mobile view.

- Mobile interface also means that tooltips are not supported (you can't hover your finger).
- Interfacing with both plotly and cesium is already not great on mobile

No files or tests are named. First review the current mobile layout, sidebar, tooltip behavior, and Plotly/Cesium interactions, then clarify whether mobile support should be removed and which views are affected. Done should include an agreed scope and a verified desktop layout without the conflicting mobile behavior.
