Description

When the start button is pushed the "ESC" parameter should be set to "2" and the board should be rebooted.
Maybe this screen should check that the RC calibration has been completed by checking RC3_MIN and MAX are not exactly 1100 and 1900 - if they are then it should recommed (in red?) going to the Radio Calibration screen.

Research direction
Locate the ESC Calibration setup screen and its start-button handling, then inspect how Mission Planner reads and writes RC3_MIN, RC3_MAX, and the ESC parameter. Verify that starting calibration sets ESC to 2 and reboots the board, and that default RC3 limits prompt the user toward Radio Calibration.
