New Feature: Move multiple WP and rotate

If you have stored a departure or an arrival approach, you can load it to any new mission. But it is then not placed where you want.

It should be possible to select multiple WPs (one by one or with a box) and move them all together.

When I load an approach and can drag it to the new place, normally the headings is not correct. So all WPs has to be selected an rotate a given angle. See some Microsoft programs as Visio and Powerpoint how they rotate objects and how you can select multiple object (and probably group them).

Start by locating Mission Planner's waypoint selection and movement UI. Review how stored departure or arrival approaches are loaded, then define the multi-selection, group movement, and rotation behavior described here. Done means multiple waypoints can be selected individually or by box, moved together, and rotated by a specified angle while preserving the intended headings.
