Feature request: Favorite params menu

I would like to see a "favorite" check box next to the parameters in the full parameter. Then an option to view only your favorites, on the same list as 'basic tuning', 'standard parameters', etc.

Start by locating Mission Planner’s full-parameter list and the existing “basic tuning” and “standard parameters” views. Determine how parameter selections are displayed and filtered. Done means users can mark parameters as favorites and select a favorites-only view alongside the existing parameter views.
