DO_CHANGE_SPEED waypoint - table display error

If I construct a mission plan for a plane and insert a DO_CHANGE_SPEED waypoint, the mission planner shows that I can enter the speed in two columns, both labelled speed m/s in the table header. Is one ground sped and the other airspeed? This is not stated.
