Standard Params screen should support trackball for scrolling

The flight display screen supports the trackball (mouse's center roller thingmy) for zooming so it would be nice if the Standard Params and Advanced params screen also allowed the user to scroll up and down with the roller ball instead of using the tab on the far right.
