Feature request: rearranging WP order with mouse drag and keyboard etc.

Make WP rows in flight plan screen moveable with mouse drag and keyboard shortcuts (eg Ctrl-Up and Ctrl-Dn). Also shortcuts for "Add Below" - Ins and delete row - Del would be useful. Also cells with up and down arrows may be removed from row to save space.
Also I suggest to rearrange flight plan screen to leave more space for map and WPs.

Start at the Mission Planner flight plan screen and review the current waypoint-row editing, ordering, and layout behavior. Define the scope for mouse dragging, Ctrl-Up/Ctrl-Dn, Ins, Del, removing arrow cells, and the proposed layout; done means these interactions work consistently and the flight plan leaves more space for the map and waypoints.
