User placement of HUD info

Hello,
I'm sure this has been asked before, is there a possibility to allow the user to position the items on the HUD? For example, I would like to put remrssi right under the %good packets at the top right of the HUD. I don't need to know the time but I would like to have a timer. So, I would like to eliminate the GPS clock and replace it with a countdown or countup timer.
