Description
I’d like to add three control buttons — Toggle Timestamp, Auto Scroll, and Clear Console — to the Home Window > Message tab, similar to the controls in the Arduino IDE’s Serial Monitor (top-right corner).
These buttons would improve usability for viewing and managing console output during runtime.
I’m willing to implement this feature myself. Could you please guide me on:
- Which files or components handle the Message tab UI and console output?
- Any specific design or contribution guidelines I should follow for this addition?

Research direction
Start by locating the Home Window's Message tab UI and the component that handles console output. Review the project's contribution and design guidance before deciding how the Toggle Timestamp, Auto Scroll, and Clear Console controls should behave; done means all three controls are available in the Message tab and work during runtime.
