Feature request: Automate RTK startup

It would be great if RTK NTRIP could start automatically.

I use a rover and have to try and remember to start RTK before a mission. It’s all setup in Mission Planner so clicking connect is an extra step.

Read the linked ArduPilot forum thread first to understand the proposed RTK NTRIP startup behavior, then trace how Mission Planner currently handles Connect and RTK setup. Done should mean RTK starts automatically for a configured rover before a mission, without requiring an extra manual start action.
