Program crashes (HANGS) in extended tuning page when press "fetch".

I have observed this on several different physical PCs (at least 3 different laptops/desktops from different manufactures all running Win 10 or Win 11)

Start by reproducing the hang in Mission Planner's extended tuning page when pressing "fetch" on a Windows 10 or 11 Copter setup. Compare behavior across the reported MATEKSYS F405-WMN hardware and Mission Planner 1.3.80; done means the fetch action no longer hangs or crashes and the behavior is verified on the affected setup.
