The Fav function no longer works BUG

#### Issue details
The FAV check box is no longer functioning at all in versions 1.3.79 and 1.3.80 of mission planner. It works as expected when I uninstall newer version and go back to version 1.3.77. I have uninstalled and deleted the Mission planner directory in the documents folder of the user and reinstalled all 4 of the versions available on the server. The two older version both work correctly. The two newer version both do not work at all and user input on FAV is reset when the screen is rewritten by clicking to any other screen and returning.

Reproduce the FAV checkbox regression on Windows 11 in Mission Planner 1.3.79 or 1.3.80, then compare its behavior with 1.3.77 while navigating away and back to the screen. Trace the FAV checkbox state through screen rewrites; the issue is done when user input persists across navigation for any airframe.
