Improvements to tuning window

The live tuning graphs are getting unwieldy. I think we need 2 things:
- a search box
- group items, so "Roll Tuning", "Pitch Tuning", "TECS Tuning" etc

Start by locating the Mission Planner live tuning window and its graph implementation, then review the referenced developer-conference talk for the intended grouping. Done means the tuning view has a search box and groups items such as Roll Tuning, Pitch Tuning, and TECS Tuning without making the graphs unwieldy.
